Important Update: Etsy Bug & Sock Listing Changes at Socks Synergy

 

Hey Sock Fam! 👋

We wanted to give you a quick heads-up about a change that’s coming soon—and how it might affect the way you shop with us. Due to a bug in Etsy’s system, over 3,000 of our listings will automatically expire on April 1, 2025. These listings include many of the fun, funky, and personalized sock designs you’ve seen featured right here on our blog.

But don’t worry—we’re not going anywhere, and neither are your favorite socks!

What’s Happening?

✔️ Etsy glitch = listing expiration: Because of a platform bug, thousands of our listings will be marked as expired, even though we’re still offering those designs.

✔️ We're upgrading! This is also happening during an exciting time for Socks Synergy. We’re switching over to a new and improved sock style—a one-size-fits-all crew sock using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing instead of sublimation. What does that mean for you?

• Higher-quality prints
• Better detail and color vibrancy
• More comfortable, longer-lasting socks

Can't Find Your Favorite Sock?

If you’re browsing the blog and see a sock you love but can’t find it on our Etsy shop, don’t panic!

👉 Just send us a message on Etsy right here, and we’ll get it relisted or recreated for you ASAP. We’re happy to remake any sock design you see, whether it’s a punny pair, a personalized pet face, or a custom gift idea.
