This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing SockSynergy products at wholesale prices.

**Wholesale Pricing**

We offer three wholesale package options for retailers, based on volume, with discounted pricing:

1. **12 Pairs (4 Small, 4 Medium, 4 Large)**

   - Price: $12 per pair

   - Total: $144

   - Shipping: $35 (flat rate)

   - Grand Total: $179

2. **24 Pairs (8 Small, 8 Medium, 8 Large)**

   - Price: $10 per pair

   - Total: $240

   - Shipping: $50 (flat rate)

   - Grand Total: $290

3. **48 Pairs (16 Small, 16 Medium, 16 Large)**

   - Price: $8 per pair

   - Total: $384

   - Shipping: $100 (flat rate)

   - Grand Total: $484

**Shipping**

- Shipping charges are calculated as a flat rate per package, based on the volume of socks ordered.

- Shipping fees are non-negotiable and will be applied to each order at checkout.

**Payment**

- Payment is accepted exclusively through PayPal for all wholesale orders. You will be redirected to PayPal at checkout to complete your payment.

- Orders will be processed and shipped once full payment is received.

**How to Order**

2. Select the quantity and sizes (Small, Medium, Large) you require for your order.

4. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped to you.
